This is a boulder cross vane built at the confluence of Vidal Creek and Comanche Creek. Notice how different the water color of the two creeks are. Vidal Creek appears to be laden with organic tannins on the left, while Comanche Creek appears to be carrying more fine sediment and washload on the right.
